As an aspiring model,
you probably have a lot of questions about the business and about Maxwell
Sinclair. We will endeavour to answer any questions you may
have. As the Director of the agency, with the help of our fantastic models, We
have managed to accomplish the following:
- produced over 40 fashion shows;
- choreographed 22 fashion shows;
- produced 10 model competitions
- produced 4 international model showcases;
- the above events were held at The Royal Connaught (Hamilton), Mohawk College
(Hamilton), Best Western, Walper Terrace, Days Inn (all Kitchener), Pinewood Park Inn (North Bay), Regal Constellation, Travelodge,
Delta Chelsea and Days Inn (all Toronto), etc.;
- taught runway, posing techniques, the Business of Modeling and acting workshops;
- booked agency models for work with the following retailers: Le Chateau,
Suzy Shier, Smart Set, Just Kids, Gap Kids, Gap, Tabi International, Sears, The Bay, La Senza, Northern Exposure, Northern
Reflections, Northern Getaway, Freeman Formals, Tip Top Tailors, Anabella’s Bridal Shoppe, Banana Republic, Reitmans,
Stitches, Tuxedo Junction and many others;
- booked agency models to do shows for many newer designers;
- booked agency models do major national ad campaigns for Air Boss and London
Telecom;
- arranged for models to take part in workshops with the following casting
directors: Ann Tait, Jon Comerford, Jeff Marshall, Lori-Ann Kay (all of Toronto) and Joan Stephens (New York);
- placed models with agencies in New York, Milan and Tokyo ;
- established working relationships with over 30 international agencies;
- had agents from New York, Milan, Hamburg, Taipei and Tokyo attend our model showcases;
- interviewed and screened over 10,000 potential models;
- prepared and took models to the following conventions: IMTA (3 times
NYC and LA), World Modeling Assn.(NYC), and Faces West (Vancouver); and,
- booked models for assignments at various catalogue production houses
(Pringle & Booth, Network Studios, etc..
